You can modify any goal that you adopt to make it work for you! When you click ‘Adopt’, choose ‘Save & Modify’ to edit any aspect of the goal, add or delete actions, and add steps and media! You can also edit the goal at any point during your journey, simply click the ellipses on the goal page and select ‘Edit Goal.’
